The part of the video that touched me most was where the narrator suggests we pay attention to how we feel several hours after Shinrin Yoku. "Do the benefits outweigh the effort it took to get outside?"

On my down days, that's a good question to ask myself, so that I'll push through my pain or weakness, pull on some boots, and get in my car to go. Thank you
